I spent over $4000 getting a sound system put in by this custom sounds location. Full focal speakers in the doors of my Infiniti QX 50. After initial install the RMS or power that was going to each door speaker was off a little bit and ended up blowing one of the speakers. I brought it in and Dustin and Joe were able to promptly fix it the same day and I have never heard a better sound system in a vehicle thank you guys very much for fixing my beloved sound system

All around a great experience! Dustin and Wayne really take care of their customers and make sure your needs are met. Explanations were clear, recommendations were honest, and I got exactly what I was hoping for. Everything was completed in just one day, which I really appreciated. Definitely worth every penny—very thankful for the quality service and overall experience! ⭐️

I stopped in to get some help with identifying the cause of my sound not connecting. As a courtesy, Derek did some basic troubleshooting and changed the fuses for me. Unfortunately, they weren't the problem and I'll need to take it to the dealer, BUT I really appreciated the honest advice, time and help!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve now used Custom Sounds on 183 for five different vehicles, and they just finished my work van — and once again, they absolutely crushed it. It sounds incredible. These guys truly know what they’re doing. Every time I’ve worked with them, they’ve been consistent professionals who take real pride in their craft. The attention to detail, clean installs, and technical expertise are second to none. I’m genuinely grateful for their professionalism and the care they put into every project. If you want it done right the first time, this is the team to trust!
